This card is an easy one to make, Just start with a basic size card, and a front top card 1/8" smaller on all sides, add your ribbon at the bottom. add a rectangle card approx.3 1/2: wide by 4" long and make a insert 1/8 smaller on all sides to fit on top. Stamp your image, add a circle with a sentiment and the scalloped punch in behind circle before taping in place.your done
